Run is 4x8 and the house is 4x4. Overall dimensions are just under 12 feet long (with handles and the roof sticking out past the run) and about 5 feet wide.
 
Don’t be fooled by the cheap chicken coops online. If it ships it’s not only made of thin cheap/fake wood but it will require hours of assembly!

This chicken coop/tractor will no fit on a pickup truck or inside an enclosed trailer.  You will need an open trailer approximately 5x12 or larger.  Please confirm it will fit before arriving.  Delivery is available and for this coop is 4.50/mile (billed one direction) and no handling fee.
